Join a room
Open a shared link or enter the room code from the landing page. If a room is locked, only existing participants may be allowed back in.
Use room music
Some songs may require GTN access before they can be used in a room. Previewing music does not set it as the room song.
Fix sync or playback issues
Use a stable connection, keep the app updated, and avoid low-power restrictions during shared playback. If audio is off after joining late, leave and rejoin after checking your connection.
Report a room
Use Report Room from inside a room to flag inappropriate content, harassment, spam, underage risk, copyright concerns, or other issues.
